Almost forgot, must be willing to relocate to the Westbridge Hills area, and relocation assistance is available.

Hmmm, sounds interesting. Does west bridge have wide enough roads/gates and big enough fields for mid to large machines?

It definitely has big fields and supports big machines. What are your qualifications?

Been a farmer for two generations (of FS). Highly skilled with arable farming, grass work and forestry. However i haven't had much to do with animals since things became seasonal.
Pride myself on bale stacking and loading timber with palfinger cranes.
Have used a huge variety of equipment, know my way around lots of machines, so everything's bearings and nipples will be well lubed.
I recently helped get a farm in Australia to go from struggling to buy seed to making millions per year.
I feel this would be a great new experience for myself and I'm sure I can impress.

Also if it helps me get the job I have already managed to squeeze Westbridge into my now 99% full folder of interesting things(modhub).

Well, if you're willing to take the 90/10 split, you're hired.
Here's the basic background on what you're looking at, my cousin Chet saw what I was doing here in Montana and thought it looked like easy money. What he failed to realize was how much work really goes into a successful farm. Anyway, the bank was ready to take everything and put Chet in some hot water, but he called me so I stepped in and the bank agreed to let me try to turn it around. Thing is, between my farm here and my business ventures, I don't have the time to go back there and handle it myself. I need someone I can trust to turn it around and help me get back what I had to pay to the bank to bail him out. I think you're the one I'm looking for to to that.
I'll send you pictures of the layout so you'll know your way around when you get there. Chet has already moved out of the house and it's ready for you.
I've taken an inventory of what's there, all of it seems to be in working order;
1 New Holland TX 32 with 6.1m header and trailer, also a Zeigler corn header 1 Case 7250 Pro 1 Fendt Favorit 511c w/ front loader console 1 Pickup 1978 (in Claas green) 2 Strautmann SEK 802 (8,000L capacity) 1 Lizard 6m Subsoiler Kuhn BTF 4000/TF 1512 set Vaderstad Tempo V8/FH 2200 set Kuhn Deltis 1302 MTA3/PF 1500 front tank Lizard Chain Harrow Stoll FZ 30 w/pallet fork and shovel Suer SB 700 and SB 1000 Lizard F 146 trailer Still MS261 MT9 scanning tool Karcher Pressure washer
He bought fields 16 and 17 to start, and 16 has wheat sprouting, but 17 is fallow.
I was able to arrange with the bank to keep $50,000 in the farm account, so that's all you'll have to start with. Any more funds and you would have to go to the bank for an additional loan. Based on the fact that I said I would guarantee the lender, you'll have access to a $150,000 credit line, but the interest is steep.
Should be some contract work in the area, too, if you need extra cash.
Once you're settled in, just run the farm as you see fit, I'm really just looking to recoup the $1.5 mil I had to put up to save that place. Once I've gotten that back, I'll sign the deed for the farm over to you and it will be yours, free and clear.
Are you up to it?

These are aerial photos of the farm, and I have on the ground close ups if you need. I also have pictures of the placeables in the shop menu, in case you're not sure which ones they are. Im actually in WBH right now, so if you have any questions, please ask.

I've negotiated no prepayment penalties with the bank, so if you ever want to pay anything additional to the debt, I will credit that directly to your account.

Just checking, I pay you 10% of any income the farm makes. This is separate to the 1.5mill I need to pay off yeah??

The 10% you pay me goes directly to paying off the $1.5M debt.

Oh OK, I thought the 10% was separate.

No, that's the minimum payment due to the purchase of that farm, vis a vis paying off the debt incurred.
