That new Holland baler is close to ours. Ours was new in 1960. It did close to 5000 bales this year.

I think thats the baler I was using before I reset my pc.. I love traditional balers.. Not a fan irl.. or at least not a fan of moving the bales.. they are heavy and itchy and get lil itchy bits in my shirt and I would end up itching for days

Actually never baled, did a few runs with a trailed forrager in my youger years. And, i love that JD, is it still operational?

dont get me wrong.. its nice if you have some strapping young lads to move the bales for you i always ran the baler lol because no one else could find the keys to start it

My grandpa usually ran the baler. When I was 6 or 7 I would drive it, but mostly was always put in the mound or on the rack. This year my dad drove and I racked and mounded.

Noraf, yes it is still operational, baler is too, they actually have 2 of the JDs and shedloads of other gear, found a sunshine harvester hiddeñ away amongst scrap
