Sadly I am moving from Greenwich, beautiful area but lack of contracts on many fields(contracts are how I pay the bills) has caused me to look into selling my land there. I own a field and have built a farm yard near the northern forest and own the horse stable with a few surrounding fields.
Will check the field numbers and post pics asap.
Will sell for 25% less than what I played. Oh it also comes with a contract to clear snow from dealership during winter for Princess Jessi

No hassle at all Tyler. All sounds good so will be interested to see what fields you own/selling and what have you been doing the past few years in the area? Arable and how many horses had you? I could look at taking them off your hands as I have yet to set up a livery with them.

In the meantime check out my friends driveway, had 2 choppers, 2 Boeing 747s and a Hercules dumping retardant and water for 2 days to get it under control.

Sadly one of the 747s with 3 american firefighters crashed and all 3 died. My heart goes to their loved ones, those brave people lost their lives saving my friends lives and home

Wow thank you for sharing those pics. We take for granted the weather and mostly gone out about the rain here in Ireland. But when you look at what's happening in Oz what they would give for some rain. It's awful and fair play to anyone who risks their own lives to save others.

Ok here's the pics of everything. Removed starting farm placeables and placed the edge buy point, edge sell point and a multi fruit silo. Have princess Jessi's "small beet farmer" setup in garage there also (lease when needed as per pricing schedule). Don't use the fields 33 & 32 (Jessi owns those).
Farm yard is on northern half of field 20, lovely brick home, 3 sheds, multi fruit silo, fuel, liquid fert/herbicide storage, chicken pen with 16 Rhode island reds + 2 roosters, plenty of shade from the trees and free water from your own water spring!
Down south I have fields 116 & 117 with 2 black Arabians in the horse yard. Have 2 sheds and an indoor riding area near there also.
Any machinery you may be interested in just let me know and I will leave for you.
