And since she feels like she can just give stuff away, maybe I'll do the same. Just don't tell PrincessJessi! But the first two people to put their names and favorite machine (tractor or otherwise) will get a coupon from me, good for 40% off any purchase with only 2 conditions; 1, it must be used within 30 calendar days from the date of issue, and 2, it may not be combined with any other sale or coupon. I only have 2 of these, so don't wait! Ready to face me yet? Lol.

Srry everyone.. I will be back.. um...soon..... shit got deep here.... literally.. our pipes froze.. several feet underground.. the leaking water in turn saturated the soil and froze the ground under my house in what is evidently, epic fashion, and now my sewage pipes are busted.. to make matters worse the furnace (bad bearing in the blower) went out completely.. oh and it looks like all that frozen water caused damage to my foundation so just as soon as the cold snap lets up I have to have someone come get started on that too.. things are a bit desperate here and we aren't far from bowing out and booking a hotel for a few weeks

honestly.. everything seems bad..... is bad.. made worse by my physical condition these days (if I had been in better condition I would have easily avoided this whole thing).. but.. I have years in various hands on careers.. fortunately this has led to me making all kinds of awesome friends and old business partners so as soon as the ground just thaws a bit, it will be as "simple" as getting a small backhoe out here.. mostly its just timing and all that.. its freaking COLD outside.. oh and of course material costs.... never got to know anyone in the plumbing/ac manufacturing fields lol.. I mainly don't want to have to leave my home.. Its a huge headache going "mobile" for that long.. and it stresses my kitties out something nasty and they wont calm down for weeks/months.. what a mess

If we lived closer, I'd offer up a mini excavator operator for the price of the machine rental and a subway lunch. (And if my shoulder weren't on the fritz, too!)

omg so you guys REALLY need an update... so first... 3 guys show up this morning with a freakin bobcat with a BUCKET to dig down to the pipe... I literally watched for 40 freakin minutes as 3 guys who looked like they came from the set of duck dynasty RUTTED MY YARD BEYOND REPAIR with this stupid bobcat trying VERY unsuccessfully to dig a freaking hole... I complained.. A LOT... next thing you know a legit crew shows up.. omg there r so many backhoes running around my neighborhood today it looks like we r gonna dig to china! (btw it was gone before I was able to grab my phone but... there was a backhoe.. NOT a yard tractor or any kind of tractor with a digger attached... a legit backhoe.. the size of the bobcat.. it was so CUUUTTTEEE!!!!!) So I see a big tanker pull up with "something something sewage" written on it... I knew.. I ran... and started piling stuff over all our drains.. I legit heard our neighbor scream in her kitchen a few minutes later from across both of our yards.. just like I figured would happen, sewage water began exploding out of the drains when they turned the pump on and turns out... she was covered in...... human slurry.. then the guys under my house could hear me playing Metallica Nothing Else Matters - S&M (90s version not the newer one) thru the A/C ducts and started banging and yelling for an encore... So I turned it up and they got to enjoy the entire album at 1000w high def sound.. what a day lol.. but at least my house isn't full of poo... not everyone around me can say the same thing

oh yea.. duh.. the conclusion.. we will have water in aprox. 1 hour!!!! sewage was more or less handled as soon as I sent the 3 stooges away.. now to spend another couple years fixing my yard again.. this is honestly probably the worst part rn.. I put a LOT of work into my yard in previous years.. we had the nicest grass in the neighborhood next to the rich family at the end of the drive and now it looks like absolute hell.. it needs to snow more.. at least then I wont have to look at it til spring.. makes me wanna cry (I had one of those globes on the stand (really nice yard ornament).. yea.. I had it this morning.. but thanks to a bumbling idiot on a bobcat I have a really nice...... stand.. for a globe.. still havent had the foundation addressed but we r gonna have to dry things up before we can do anything but as soon as these guys r done with the sewage and it dries up a lil bit I am going to get an estimate and probably have them start in early spring so maybe I can still have late spring/summer to start working on getting my yard pretty again

Glad you have water again soon. Sorry to hear about your lawn, just remember i could always be worse. you could be the one covered in human slurry

So it was probably a tractor with a backhoe if it was Bobcat sized, (just geeking out) probably a Deere 1025R, 2025R, or Kubota BX... (going off of the little you said..., like I said I like to geek)

no I am trying to find one.. I didn't recognize it and it was operating down the street but it kinda looked like the JCB mini backhoes.. but it wasnt that new I dont think and it wasnt tracked and it had a cab.. whatever brand was white with black not unlike most bobcats.. I have used tractors with backhoe diggers.. this.. wasnt.. that.. u know?

kinda but it wasnt... it more like a traditional backhoe.. it even had its own stabilizers like our lil case does on the farm back home
