We aren't reaching our potential around here. I know some folks are busy with farming IRL, but I still think we can get more. So I'm launching a contest...
Here's how it works, I will hold a raffle for the following prizes if these weekly thresholds are met:
21 posts (3/day)-$100,000 35 posts (5/day)-$300,000 49 posts (7/day)-John Deere 9 RX Plus, if we reach the 49, I'll have a second chance drawing for $200,000
The prize money comes out of my (ingame) account. Average will be counted over a 4 week period, starting Sunday, April 25th and runs through Saturday May 22nd.
RULES: Posts must be relevant! What's considered relevant?
-Any blog posts of your farming activities (Replies to other blogs only count if you have posted in your own blog recently) -Screenshots in the farm photos section -Posting an item for sale in Private Listings -Buying an item in Private Listings -Making a rental or lease -Buying land in the Real Estate Office
I am not including new orders right now, but that may be subject to change.
Every day you post, you get 2 entries.
Plus, I'll give 5 bonus entries for: -Most private party sales -Most purchases -Most blog posts -Most farm photos
You will only qualify for one bonus! After which, it will go to the next highest qualifier. So say you have the most sales and the most blogs, so since you already claimed most sales, the the most blogs would go to the next highest qualifier that has not yet received bonus entries.
Double posts and single messages broken into multiple posts will not count. Meaning you can't make every word of a sentence or individual sentences into separate posts to pad the count. I have final say. Though I am not eligible for the prize, I will count my relevant posts towards the average.
Let the games begin!

For complete transparency, I did make one small edit in that I changed it from 30 days to a 4 week period, seeing as how 4 weeks is actually 28 days.
Also, if this contest works, similar things may be done in the future to promote active users, but nothing has been decided as yet.

Sounds fun. I certainly would be listing a pile of my MCE Equipment stock if I had a functional GPU.

You can still make listings without pictures, or you can use the ones in our image library.
You can also use 3rd party pictures provided that you cited the source, they don't specifically ask that you don't, or if we receive a request to pull it down.

Problem is I don’t have the inventory to know what to list.

Sounds cool, guess I better drag myself away from killing bugs in Grounded and get back on FS so I can get posting and maybe win a prize.

So looking at the analytics, we did not meet our goals.
I may try this again in the future, but not sure. I'm wondering how much the spring planting season played in this, maybe try again in summer before harvest kicks off.

Might just me being a dairy farmer, but we've got fresh work from now til October. Might not be a bad idea though, sounds like you got at least a few people interested. I really need to remember to continue advertising this page everywhere, might help the numbers

Anybody ready to start their FS22 Blog in our community creations section?
I would, but due to finances I have yet to get my copy of the game. Hopefully soon, though.

I don't have the game yet either. I expect to get the game around mid January at its earliest. I am not in a rush since i generally don't like base game maps, so i am patiently waiting for Calmsden (OxygenDavid) and a couple of other mod maps to be released before i start any serious game on fs22

Yeah she is playing fs22 quite often, I have her as a friend on steam. Not sure what is going on, but I am glad she is at least well enough to play again!
