Welcome to Starveacre Farm. We farm 296 acres (120ha) of heavy clay in the Midlands (England). The farm has a small microclimate characterised by cold and snowy winters, cold an foggy springs, dry summers and cold and foggy autumns. Crop rotation is as follows: potatoes, winter oats, osr, winter wheat and spring barley.
