Jess is currently in the hospital, has been in the ICU the last few days. This is why we have not been around lately. Sorry for the inconvenience, but taking care of her is my first priority right now. I will leave it up to her as to whether or not she wishes to share more details when she is released. For now, I will let y'all know she is doing better than she was on Mon when she was admitted, but they still have reasons for concern.

Thanks, y'all. I have, understandably, been quite stressed with this. I plan on going to see her a bit later this morning. Unfortunately, I had to leave her side so I could go to work last night. I'll be sure to pass on the well wishes, too. If there's anything that requires attention ASAP, please message me directly. Otherwise, I will get to things when I can.

I just got back from visiting her, and she is still in a lot of pain, but they are pleased with her progress so far. Jess says thanks for all the well wishes, & wants y'all to know she looks forward to returning once she's feeling better. I'll continue to keep everyone updated as I'm able. And, as I said before, if anyone feels there's anything that needs my attention faster than "whenever I manage to get to it," please message me directly. Thanks!

I am home.... again.... Another go with the ICU and all that.. I have only been home an hour but eventually I will start filtering through everything that has happened on here since I have been gone but PLEASE be patient with me.. I literally almost died.. I am weak and still in pretty frail condition.. But I promise with enough time, I will get things moving appropriately around here again

So I figured I would update those who are following my "adventure".. I am feeling "better".. I am not feeling good by any means but I can tell there is improvement.. I am not sleeping all the time now and am sleeping in longer intervals, usually about 3 hours at a time.. I am still in massive amounts of pain but its getting a bit more manageable.. Not really been spending any time at the pc (unfortunately for the forum) but my amazing wife was nice enough to get me fs on the switch so I can at least have a bit of game time during what is otherwise long miserable days without much going on.. This has been such a miserable experience.. I hope day after day to see more improvement.. I am not used to this, being sick and in such debilitating pain.. Please continue to keep me in your thoughts as I go down the slow healing process so I can not only resume my life in general but so I can continue to keep things productive and fun on here for all of you..

thanks for keeping us updated! Good to hear it's going a little bit better even though there is still a long way to go. I'm dealing with serious chronic health issues myself, so i can relate with your story. I wish you lots of strength for the rest of your recovery and i will for sure keep your health in my thoughts.
talking about thoughts, i was reminded of you when i saw an old ford tractor a couple of days ago in the exact pink color you use for all your farm equipment! i think it was a tw25 but i'm not sure. I wanted to take a picture but i was driving on a busy road so that wasn't possible.

that sounds like a a sharp tractor demi88.. I tend to favor fords cause of grandpa but pink is my fav color lol.. I am sorry you are having health issues as well.. it can be a lot to deal with.. I have had lots of stuff go wrong but not like.. heath problems.. usually its something stupid like getting my hand whacked while chaining down steel or getting cut or gouged by something.. the closest I have really had to any kind of health problems is my hearing issues but its not even in the same league as this

Glad to hear it. One driver to another, you have to take care of yourself. A couple of years ago I had a cardiac episode that started while I was at work. Wasn't a full on heart attack, thank God, but it was scary enough. On the plus side of that though, I was finally able to quit smoking after that and have been cigarette free since 12-15-2018.
