Hi Jessi, first off, I hope you are doing better. Nothing sucks worse than feeling like, well, I'll keep it clean for the forum.
Secondly, I own fields 2 and 3 here, and I'd like to buy field 1 to the south of me, but they're asking over $2.2M for it. I was hoping maybe you could talk them down a bit, or if not maybe get a deal on field 4. Right now I have $1.5M cash on hand budgeted for a field, plus I can take on a loan of about $500K comfortably.
Just let me know what we can do, and thank you.

I am feeling better ty for asking.. Still got a lot of healing to go but I have come so far now  Ok so back to business.. I have done some calling around and got ahold of the people handling most of the property in the area.. They barely wanted to budge on field 4 so I was only able to talk them down to 1.3 million. Field 1 is tied up in some court deal because of a will reading but the realtor assured me that it will be on the market in a few days and said if you wanted to wait a few days, they would give you a really sweet deal. So your options it would seem are field 4 right now with a small savings or contacting me on this thread Saturday and getting a much larger savings. |

Well, we're still in winter over here, so I have a day or 3 to wait to see the terms on F1. Let me know as soon as you hear something.

Someone from your local office contacted me today to let me know that field 1 is on the market if you still want to talk about price. They seem pretty anxious to sell it quickly
